ii) Assisting with applications to enter the UK as student under Tier 4. work migrants under Tier 2 , Entrepreneur under Tier 1.
iii) Dealing with applications for person already in UK to remain as husband or wife of the other party; Tier 4 student applications; Tier 1 category such as Entrepreneur; investor and Post Study Work.
iv) Taking on work under Human rights relating to immigration applications.
v) Assisting with the lodging appeal on all aspects of immigration work or applications that have been refused; preparation of appeal and representation before Immigration Asylum Chambers .
vi) Taking cases to High Court in immigration cases where there are no right to appeal against the Home Office decision to refuse.
vii) Assisting in application for British citizens.
Family Law
I) Act for both petitioner or Respondent in divorce proceedings.
ii) Act for either applicant or respondent in Financial matters arising from Matrimonial proceedings
iii) Act for either applicant or respondent in cases involving contact with children.

We also take on work involving landlord and tenants; grant of lease, assignment of lease and purchase of property if there are no mortgage involved with a bank or building society.
